We are very happy living here. We enjoy the area and the services provided. The staff is very pleasant and responds quickly and efficiently to concerns.
South Lake is the total package! The grounds are very well kept, maintenance requests are always completed on the same day, and the office staff is always so helpful! I wish our kitchens were updated but overall it is a very quiet community seems to have a lot of long term residents. We will definitely be here for a few years.

Staff always responds to fix whatever in a timely manner. Staff is pleasant. The grounds have been better - a lot of grass has died and they haven't reseeded.
Most of the time it is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The grounds are very pretty and I love the ducks and squirrels.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
