I've lived here since 2001. It is a great place to live, excellent friendly efficient office staff, the maintenance crew is the best, quiet, love the assigned parking, close to my work as well as frequented business's; I am very comfortable here. The only gripe I have is the extra monthly water bill expense.........TD
Property is maintained well, when I have maintenance issues they are addressed promptly and repairs are reliable. Property Managers are excellent

Office staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and fast at solving any problems you might have. Only issue is parking. If you work normal shifts it is impossible to find open parking that is reasonably close to your apartment. Also lighting is sometimes an issue depending on what part of the complex you live in.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The last few years they have done less to keep up with the curb appeal of the buildings and grounds. They no longer power wash the whole buildings, so green stuff is all over our siding, which makes it look unkempt. The ponds need more water or a makeover as it seems neglected, and there are many places with no grass because of flooding

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
