I lived ther for 5-6yrs peaceful I enjoyed my stay. the only down fall to me if you have children they will be bored there is no play park no pool Nothing for them to do.
The roof leaks in the particular unit we are in. There's also mold in window and slide door seal. Our AC unit was broke in the middle of summer and they didn't see it as an emergency fix. The AC unit was broke for 3 and a half days.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
