The front office assistants are wonderful and always friendly and will answer any questions. The maintenance crew is very prompt and never makes us wait long if there is a problem.
The grounds are well maintained. The staff is very helpful and the community is very user friendly.

Good community, safe and quiet. Maintenance issues take a little long. Hate the fact that they let a towing company inspect residents car and threatening to tow cars if something is outdated. I pay good money here not to be bothered by a tow company.
The kitchen/bathroom cabinetry is old & outdated. The bathrooms seem to be updated using cheap plastic bathtub kits. Looks cheap and old. Problems w/mold, leaky sinks and a/c units. Dry wall repair very sloppy. Parking is an issue. I feel that if you rent an apartment with 2 bedrooms, you should automatically get 2 spaces and so forth. Guest parking passes would be great. I notice alot of non guest using spots to access boardwalk. Carpet in excellent condition. Exterior needs tlc.
