Linkhorn Bay Management
Management has run this into the ground
If you want an apartment that doesn't leak and is weather proof don't move here. None of the doors or windows seal. When you question something you are ignored. The electrical sockets aren't wired properly.
Overall the experience was ok. I had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone who works in the office. I would email and then wouldn't recieve a response for a week. I had to show up in person to recieve any help when trying to work out details of the lease.
Staff was great company is very cheep and doesnt provide them with what they need. my guy tried to do what he could to make me feel better such as painting over the mold all over my windows and constanly cracking paint due to the water damage. took two weeks to get me a new ac during the summer mantance came eveery day to check it but they were trying anything they could to fix it and nowt buy a new one as per the company policy. in the mean time i had to sleep on my couch and eal with people being in my home while we waited for a new ac. The excessivly leaking windows are the biggest problem and i will be moving out because of them. i have reported it 6 months ago and nothing has been done to stop the leaking and the mold (lots of mold!!) my personal propewrty has been soaked more times than i can count and the house constantly smells bad from the mold. Its not maintenace's fault but the company needs to fix them and schould not make customers live with these issues. the windows were used as a selling point for me as the lady said they were new when i moved in but did not mention they were all installed wrong and that the whole apartment complex was going to have to be redone.
