Property is well maintained, noise level is kept at a minimum, there are some minor issues that could be addressed, but overall good community.
A very nice townhouse apartment house community. well maintained and management is avalible when you need.
When we moved in the carpet was nasty and the dirt resurfaces. We can't open our oven all the way because its crammed into the corner and blocked by the window. The roaches took over in the beginning but we haven't seen any lately. Lots of holes and unfinished areas in the apartment. The kitchen and half bath are too small. Lose the half bath to increase the kitchen. No pool, fitness center, or park to keep kids out of street. We are moving when our lease is up after one year.
Not energy efficient. Poor circulation, Air does not properly cool the second level at all. Rent is very high considering the area, space, and amenities.
Lack of privacy on back porch is a huge issue. You sit there and you feel as if you are in a fishbowl being watched. Maybe a fence of some sort to keep kids that are not yours from hanging out by your door or using your patio furniture. Also another simple thing why is there no door bells?
