New construction. Beautiful apartments with all the amenities. Apartments building is designed like a hotel with extra large hallways and elevator access. Lobby areas on each floor. I love the controlled access to the building. Family and friends can gain access to the building by looking up your name on the access box and can be granted access by residents with a touch of a button on resident's cell phone. Garbage service is available, also thrash chutes. Staff and maintenance are great.

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Turn left onto Diamond Springs Road 1.3 miles. Make your first right onto Sapphire Drive and the leasing office will be straight ahead!
