There only one person who clean all the apartments so it well be nice to see another one like before and when u call in have them come ASAP OMG Bugs inside. I haven't moved because of the school they are very good ........!
Management always respond to issues in a timely manner, neighbors are friendly, cleaning crew does a great job at keeping buildings clean.
I was schedule to move into my apartment on the 1st of December, when the first came I was informed that my apartment wasn't ready and was I able to move in by the 5th. When I moved in, I couldn't believe there were some many things that were not done. I had a crack in the wall which still exist, my balcony door is still of it hinges, etc. I am still waiting for these things to be repaired. Now there is a scare about bed bugs. Not satisfied at all.

My apartment has alot of problems. Back up toilet sink broken doors cabinets . I have been promised new ones for one year now. Maintenance is nice but I dont think they have the skills ti fix the problems this whole place need renovations.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
