Very nice townhomes. Nice and helpful staff, great location.
Pro: The homes are roomy and are at a good rate. The apartment manager is very friendly and responds quickly to our concerns.
Con: The neighborhood could use more lighting, Its very dark at night.
The staff and maintenance here at Beamons Mill are great, they have always been completely nice and if we had repairs needed they have always been very timely in getting the job done.
Any issues/concerns that I've had were taken care of promptly.
The service and treatment that I and my family have received thus far with Beamons Mill, has been good. Nothing out of the ordinary the manager is really nice, the few maintenance workers that have been to my home within the yr that we've lived here, have been respectful, kind and courteous.
