I have lived at the Pointe since 1999. I have had a wonderful time living in a place I call home. The staff is wonderful and the development is peaceful . I love living here, this is my home .
I came to live at The Pointe at Stafford about 18 mos ago under some very difficult circumstances in my life. I received such support from the office and residents that within no time I felt at home and I knew I had made the right choice. My kids have 4 paws and they all love it here too. The pet owners at The Pointe are responsible pet owners and having my fur kids with me legally has been my greatest joy. So many apt. complexes are not pet friendly but The Pointe is--thank you.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. complex is kept clean and neat. Maintenance department are through and responsive.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
