I was very pleased with the friendliness of staff, and when I needed something fixed or repaired it was done the very next day!
They have a good service in everything
Great amenities and great personnel in the office
Pros: Carriage Pointe grounds such as lawn are well maintained and manicure. The snow removal workers do good job keeping the sidewalk shovel and the roads. The weight room is small, but has the basic equipment to workout. The pool hours in the summer are decent. Cons:The trash overflows alot and spills onto the ground. The repairs and maintenance to the grounds are done, but takes a longer delay to my liking.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
