The management staff changes very often. It is hard to communicate with the staff to get any issues resolved. When I went to them about an issue they basically told me to deal with it.
Location is great, can't deny that. However, was told when moving in they were in the process of cleaning up the complex. But things here have gone down hill. Noise has increased through out the morning, afternoon, & night. Parking is hit or miss, sometimes it's plenty, other times it's packed. People use more than the 2 machines in the laundry room all the time. This is the worst complex I've lived in though in terms of noise and staff turn over.
The management is great but our neighbors dog is barking all the time. I haven checked the roanoke city noise laws but I think we may need to put restriction on certain breeds etc
The fact that the rates continue to go up each year for the committed residents makes it hard to stay.
I moved out and now I am having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the stupid carpet that was not even damaged. I liked the previous managers of this awful place way better; now the apartments are WAY WAY over priced for what you get and the people that are paying that kind of money to live there are out of their minds! The Crest made me not ever want to live in an apartment ever again.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Our apartments are located just a mile off Main Street, Take exit 140 from I-81.
