Nice interiors and appliances. Office personnel are friendly and respond in a timely manner. Some minor scuffs and scratches inside the apartment at move in.
For the home being brand new, there were quite a few wall and floor marks upon our move in plus a few things left not finished. Otherwise everything has been wonderful. I wish there were other amenities such as a workout room or pool for use.
It's a nice place but the walls are incredibly thin. We hear our neighbors talking. There also is not enough storage in the kitchen and the washer and dryer are loud and temperamental.
the apartments are an OK price for what you are getting. But you could tell they were built cheap and quick. Low quality paint, lights are quick to burn out, the garbage disposal broke, drains clogged. Too many things broke within the first month of living there.maintenance was very quick to fix the problems I reported, however on one occasion they showed up without an appointment while I was not home which is not okay
Neighbors are loud, walls are thin, all maintenance takes forever to get done, there are very few people working to help out, trash gets piled up around dumpster, the grass needs to be cut more often, parking is very limited, parking lot is dirty with mud.
