These were my dream apartments when I first moved in. And they're not that bad. The neighbors are cordial. The office staff is nice. The recreational activities are decent. The gym could use a serious upgrade! The only time I went to the pool it didn't look clean so I never went back. The landscaping is really nice. I've had issues with maintenance fixing things. The one day guarantee is not true. I greatly dislike the limits when it comes to internet and cable. More to say but no space.
The grounds are kept nicely and maintance is very prompt. However, there is no checking who uses the pool. I have seen whole families drive in, park, use the pool and then leave. I think for the cost of the apartments, residents and their guests only should be using the pool. I think there needs to be a pool attendant as well. I have found small toys there and some behavior of pool goers needs to be monitored.
Some leasing agents do a great job, others are less than truthful and do not have your best interests in mind. This is a terrible apartment complex if you are a young professional, as their Internet speed is 3mbit. This is barely enough to run Netflix at low quality! Most apartment complexes offer 20mbit, at a minimum. You also get to pay $45/month for your terrible speeds. Did I enter some sort of technological time machine?
I gave this apartment a poor rating because from the beginning I have not had great experiences with this apartment. The day I was supposed to move in I could not because when I walked in the trimming was not done, the bathrooms were moldy the fixtures had mold in them and were not replaced, the trim at the floor of the bathroom was not treated and painted. The master sink had a burn mark from a cigarette, our cabinet was missing a shelf, the blinds were not replace, I had to stay at a hotel.
you have people that like to stump anad run there washing machine at 5:30 am. They love to stump all hours of the day and night, and when you are a shift worker that sleep during the day it make it's awlfully hard to get some sleep. They are signs up saying no soliciting and you have kids coming to the door selling things. I gave a list of things that need to be either fix or replace in the apt and nothing has been done. I will not be renewing my lease when it is up.
