This place is awesome. The town homes are spacious and clean and the property is beautiful. The staff is also very friendly and was very helpful at move in. I will be renewing my lease!

It should be cleaned more often (i.e. the garbage outside of the compactor and the stairwell is filthy all the time). Also they change their rates too often. I know they say subject to change and they put it in small writing for marketing purposes. They've gotten better thus year by involving us in activities like letter 9 bingo, but I still don't know if I'm going to renew my lease here. My roommates still complain of the distance but it's really not that far away at all.

I feel the maintence could be a little better and there should be more activities in order to get residents to get to know one another better.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
