It's nice and quiet. I love the apt style. Only thing I wish would be better is the wireless, it's incredibly slow.

We've recently switched our Internet provider to Verizon FiOS, which has provided our residents with increased Internet speed and efficiency. I was disappointed that electricity is no longer included in the rent, since thats what attracted me to this location. Also, one of the features listed in the community is free high speed internet, but the connection is very weak and unreliable, so I had to contact an outside vendor for my personal internet which I shouldn��??t have to do since it��??s in my lease agreement that this would be provided to me. Lastly, the residents with pets do not abide by the rules and clean their pet's feces.

It is a nice space in a meh area. The immediate surrounding area is all industrial. For an "urban living" space, there near by that is walkable. The surrounding area shows promise, but still is many years away from having many amenities.
The staff has been mostly friendly, though at times a little tricky to reach.
