I can understand increasing rent every year, but $75.00 per month, $900.00 a year is a little much. I guess it all went to landscaping. I live in a two bedroom apartment. The heat in my apartment is set on 70, I have thermostats in every room. All of the rooms are at 70 degrees except the front bedroom which is 65 and the bathroom is 63, this is with all of the vents turned off except in the front bedroom. Have heard from other renters they have the same problem. Pool geese&slim needs remove
Clean, good neighbors, no problems
I think that the staff is very friendly, and the facilities are beautiful. The only thing I don't necessarily care for would be how loud my upstairs neighbors can be.
