The units have stunning windows and incredibly high ceilings. The apartments in my building all feel as though they could be museums, wonderfully designed and maintained.
I've had no issues and the staff is very helpful.
Great location, nice staff and good amenities.
When I first moved in there were some problems with my heating/ac unit. Several times maintenance attempted to fix the problem, but it would always recur. I finally spoke with general manager and she was able to correct the situation. The problem has not recurred since that time.
Of all apartments I looked at in Richmond, character and location is what won out for me. It offers the historic charm of a loft that is both near a walkable area in the city, but also access to some of the best parts of the city, Canal, Belle Isle, cap trail. There's even a little serene courtyard tucked away between buildings, which I love.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
