There is a real sense of community here among the residents and that is so important to a maturing population. The problem with management staff not addressing utility billing and measurement problems prevents me giving an excellent rating. That is a problem for them to take responsibility for solving, not the resident.

Carriage Hill west end is a very nice community. However, some of the tenants make it not so desirable because they think they should have a special parking spot, and we all know that there is no assigned parking here. Please! Let's inform these individuals of this and hope they will obey the rules. This is at 5002 W. Leyburn Ct.

My apartment,like many others, badly needs updating of kitchen appliances. The stove is at least 30 yrs old, and the refrigerater is rather small and inefficient. The outside patio area needs an infusion of newer bushes and better garden items. Several areas need upgrades in painting.

While we would love to upgrade and renovate each apartment here, it would require a large increase in monthly rent.
