Nicely layed-out community, very nice landscaping, and most important are the many varied activities for all the residents who wish to attend.

I like it here so far...Its close to everything.maintainance is good.People are friendly.Theres lots to do
As to value received for money paid, this is a good place. But some of their practices are less than honorable. Upon signing a contract they told us we had to have carpeting or buy rugs for most of the apartment. This was the first time it had been mentioned.

There is a real sense of community here among the residents and that is so important to a maturing population. The problem with management staff not addressing utility billing and measurement problems prevents me giving an excellent rating. That is a problem for them to take responsibility for solving, not the resident.
