A great place, looks and feels incredible. However I am experiencing trouble trying to get a leak repaired, it's a small leak, but in a new building this shouldn't be this much of a problem.
Noise can get bad due to the thinness of the walls.
Being awakened due to the construction that is in progress makes it difficult to be able to sleep in the morning. The construction work begins too early in the morning.
Apartments are a great price and located in the middle of everything!
A bunch of stuff has been broken and not working and the staff is not great at communication. The apartment is nice.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
