Nice community. Safe. Parking lot well lit. On site security. Dog run on property. Buildings are very clean and grounds are well kept.
Close proximity to NAVHOSP and shopping. Staff friendly and professional. Work orders are addressed in a timely manner.
If someone were to ask if I enjoyed living here I would tell them YES Not only is the location awsemone, but the price is affordable They have a cute dog park and a HUGE clubhouse that the residents can actually use and enjoy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and makes every step of the renting process enjoyable. Maintenance orders are fixed almost immediately and the grounds are always kept nice and clean. I love it here
I used to live in a mansion. we had high ceilings and hard wood floors, so although I'd rip out the carpet its really all about what you're looking for. this is my first apartment and although it has carpet and it needed a little set up, I LOVE the diagonal layout of the Sassafras model, and all the windows it comes with.
Living in the area is beautiful the community is well kept and the location is amazing

She did and the rest is history. She loved the 1st apartment she was shown. And could not belive the price. She is very happy in her new apartment.
