There were just a few things that needed to be done to make the apartment completely move in ready.
Upon moving in there was new carpet and the walls were freshly painted. I'm not happy about the parking. Even though it's decal controlled, non residents should not park in front of the buildings. That should be for residents. Also, I'm not against tenants having pets but those of us who do not have pets should not have to wash our belongings behind someone who has laundered pet items.
Hodges manor have the most inconsistent staff they make promises that they can not keep they are rude and don't care about the residents when you walk in the office they are usually in the back talking laughing and sa we will be right with you and they are talking about personal life and their out fits.
The price listed wasn't at all what I ended up with. The actual apartment was good, only issue was the edges of the bedroom were lifted which I thought was odd. Also the actual building upkeep could have been better. They promised to replace the doors on the buildings 5 months ago.
Lobby cleanliness is very poor and unsanitary. Management does not communicate well with residents. When asking or recommending something to Management, they do not respond. Several ants that need exterminating in the lobby and frontentrance area do not get taken care of.
