I feel very safe and comfortable living here. Have not had any problems at all.

Office staff is friendly, maintenance people friendly and respond to problems quickly and effective. Only problem I have is kids playing in parking area riding skateboards and bouncing balls off tenants vehicles and basically no real playground or play area for kids .
