Satisfied with the staff don't really speak to that many residents. I feel as though my rent is a little high for a studio apartment and starting to feel cramped although I'm happy with its overall appearance. I would personally love to see prices go down so we can look at switching to a 1 bedroom in this community and not look at moving elsewhere when our lease ends in April.
HIRE MORE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE SO THE REPAIRS IN THE APARTMENTS CAN BE FINISHED.
RFID entry to stairwell entrances, as well as main front and rear entrances -- I understand they're emergency exits, but walking through the building covered in mud or dirt after a long day outside isn't something overly desirable.
Also:the elevators need to be finished. New floors were put in there (and they look great!), but the rest of the elevator looks terrible. The building has gorgeous detail in the downstairs front and office, but everywhere else (with the exception of the fitness room) could use updating.
