Everyone hear is always so nice and friendly. The common areas are very relaxing and are hardly ever crowded, which is nice to have some privacy outside your apartment, especially on the roof top patio. Having the salt water pool is extremely inviting and is nice after a long day. All of the main workout equipment you'll need is stationed in the air conditioned gym! Personally my favorite part is the gated, covered, garage parking due to the fact that is a huge plus on the security side.
Very satisfied. I feel like I'm living in a luxury apartment, at a --mostly-- affordable price. Customer service of the leasing office and management team is fantastic. I've had diligent work done on my maintenance requests; clear communications on all issues are consistent and proactive at the Element at Ghent. I also enjoy the social activities for residents.
This is a great location, complex community and units are very nice. They recently created their own management company and utilities are not being posted before they are due. There are fines we can incur because the complex is unable to provide the services.
When I arrived was exellent. Now in general I have complaiant on the clean of the building (Carpets dirty). Rudeness of some people that leave garbage bag in garbage rooms and bottles and cans in the garage
Nice complex. Generally very clean with friendly staff.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
