The rental office staff are friendly and helpful and maintenance are great.

I have had a very pleasant experience living here. The neighbors are quiet but friendly. Requests for service has always been accommodated immemdiately.
I wanted to give excellent because the environment and neighborhood is awesome. I just didn't have a good experience with the neighbors and that bothered my peace of mind.
The outside area more times than often is not neat from the neighborhood kids, and it will take a few days for it to be cleaned up. I have found broken eggs & egg shells on and around my car a few times. In the summertime it can be pretty loud even in the evening. The parking is horrible. Spiders are an issue in my apartment. Was happy I had new carpet.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
