major: new elevators are needed, flooring in general, sometimes commonsense for example. a good number of NNS apprentices received an eviction notice when it should have hinted that maybe there was a transaction issue with NPS due to the amount of letters passed out.
minor: the paint job in the gym is horrible.

I would like to have the SECURTY back. Security was one of the reasons I moved here. Also, every time managers change everything changes. One manager will tell you something (nothing in writing of course)and the new manager knows nothing about it.
We never want to disappoint anyone - especially a resident that calls our community home. This feedback was a top priority and we have contacted the certified resident directly to have a conversation and learn how we can improve our community and service. We appreciate the chance to make this situation better!
