Go around to the enterences of apartments and sweep away spider webs.
If something is wrong It gets fixed right away.The staff is very friendly The place is very clean ..and I never seen a roach here and Ive lived here for almost 2 years.
Clearing off of sidewalks of leaves, ice, snow, etc. during various weather conditions. Parking for visitors are very limited.
My residency here as been good. No issues or concerns
Something needs to be done about the water problem. My apartment had serious water damage and probably mold in the carpet but no one wants to pull it up to check. Also something needs to be done about the roaches. Spraying one apartment is not going to get rid of the issue. All 4 apartments need maintenance.
