Have not yet been here a year, so I can only speak for this short period of time. I am very satisfied with my apartment, and it is the best of locations. The property has been well maintained and has the feel of a small community rather than an impersonal apartment complex. The residents are friendly and ready to help when a need arises. Staff try to do their best when a problem arises. Maybe need to be reminded or questioned about the progress of maintenance questions.

The location is wonderful. The pond and the wildlife are very nice. I enjoy sitting on my deck and watching the geese and the ducks. I like the way the buildings are spread out. It doesn't feel crowded. It makes it feel much more like a home.
I love this community. The staff far exceeds most of any I have dealt with in the past. I do not see myself leaving this community as it is truly home.

As residents, we HAVE to get Dish Satellite TV. The reliability is AWFUL. EVERY SINGLE rain storm or wind blowing causes me to COMPLETELY LOSE RECEPTION. It takes 35 minutes to 2 days to get the signal back. I lose reception about once a week. This is unreliable TV service and I am paying top dollar $ 80 for awful TV reliability. And we have no choice but to get Dish. I feel MANAGEMENT should BREAK their DISH CONTRACT due to UNRELIABILITY and let residents get Verizon or Comcast TV reception.
