Peaceful, homey, feels very safe, lots of parking, everything is in good repair, friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff.
Great location and amenities.
Quiet, friendly atmosphere
The management team is professional, personable and show a genuine interest in assuring their tenants are well taken care of. The maintenance team is number one, response time is great and handle every situation with a smile. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are great. I am glad I choose to reside here at the Park at Salisbury
The grounds are well kept and very pretty. Things are kept in great working condition by maintenance. The residents are friendly and the social events help us to get to know our neighbors better. I feel safe here. The management is understanding and willing to help in any way to solve any problem. I would highly recommend the PAS to anyone looking for a rental place.
