Great apartments, awesome leasing staff, all around wonderful move in experience
The maintenance techs at the community are very responsive, all week long and during the weekends as well. It is reassuring to know that there is someone that will respond to a maintenance request no matter which day or what time.
Later this week I will be recieving a new dryer & washer due to the fact they are too old & cannot be repaired. Whenever i turn in a work request, the issues have been fixed to my benefit within the same day. I understand the appliances need to be ordered.
The leasing office and management have always been friendly and whenever there has been a problem here or let me rephrase that...whenever there have been issues that need to be resolved Brooke and her staff have addressed them in a timely and professional manner. '
