We moved here from Texas and most of our contact with the staff at the Enclave was by cell and email. The person who assisted us was exceptional and guided us through the process flawlessly. Everything represented was accurate and promises made were implicitly honored.
The apartments are well built, quiet and have exceed my expectations. Any concerns are addressed immediately and the office staff takes pride in remembering residents names. The view from my apartment is aesthetically pleasing.

The only good thing about the complex is the park. The walls are paper thin (I can hear my neighbors at all times). The office staff is often rude acting is if it is an inconvenience to help you. The maintenance staff is a joke, we had an issue with our washing machine and the maintenance staff had me crawl on top of the washing maching to try and fix the issue when I had already them the issue. The fact that the residents MUST use the internet service provider and Dish Network the complex u

Any problems, inside the apartment or outside, have to be reported to the office staff multiple times before they are fixed. I've had to clean up trash, leaves and debris in the bushes around my apartment. The office staff didn't t take care of the grounds maintenance problems though I reported it several times. I was even told by one of the office staff that it was my problem.

Disappointed in the lack of sound proofing in the celling as the noise from the apt. above is very loud especially in the master bedroom, floor creeks a lot from above.
Tis is valuable feedback for us as we also built The Enclave, since I am not aware of any existing noise concerns from our residents floors please reach out to me.
