We moved here from Texas and most of our contact with the staff at the Enclave was by cell and email. The person who assisted us was exceptional and guided us through the process flawlessly. Everything represented was accurate and promises made were implicitly honored.
The apartments are well built, quiet and have exceed my expectations. Any concerns are addressed immediately and the office staff takes pride in remembering residents names. The view from my apartment is aesthetically pleasing.
We love hearing about great experiences and want to continue to provide excellent service and amenities well after your move in. If we can do anything different to continue to allow The Enclave to be a great place to call home please let us know. Thank you again, Nikki Lowry Community Manager
Staff is extremely helpful and professional, and is wonderful to take care of my pet when I am away. It is in a very convenient location to most everything, and the community is well-maintained and has everything I need. The only drawbacks: some delay with maintenance issues and cable set-up, and few resources for things like where to recycle. Ideally, there would be a place to recycle on-site. If not, it would be nice if the office could provide better information about where to do that.

Internet needs improvements. They need to allow residents to choose from vendors such as Verizon, Comcast...They need another trash dumpster at the rear of the facility.

Also,the future of having Verizon and Comcast are probably unlikely, our location has us positioned between preserved wetlands which is our desire not to disturb. We are however looking at new options for 2015 and one is door-to-door trash pick-up! Great idea for added convenience to all phases of the community, we look forward to providing that for you. Do not like that the tenants have to use just dish network. It should be the tenants choice of what they want to pay for....
We respect and appreciate your feedback on our all-inclusive services. We had hoped for a 5 star experience, what can I do to make this happen? While dish is our television provider we hope the benefits of a narrowed communication chain out weighs the negatives.
