When ever you need maintance they are there within15 to 60 minutes of your call.t The front office will help in any why the can or show you want you made do to help and they ask for feed back in the way of calls. No one I know is customer valved as much as Westgate.
They're always available and quick to respond. I like the 24hr maintenance and how professional the employees are.
The staff at Westgate Apartments and Townhomes are always extremely helpful and courteous.
However, I have noticed that residents children are not abiding to the regulations regarding "playing in the common area's" and "in the parking lots"!
Please have someone address this concern...
I enjoy my apartment, the only issues I have had is that my rent check was lost twice, I do not like that I could not sign a one year lease for renewal just so the rent could be raised again after 8 months.
Many items Westgate is on point with, but they are not enforcing some of the rules. Specifically the parking rules, and car maintenance rules. Two of my neighbors now have SEVEN cars between them. One doesn't even have a steering wheel or a parking pass, and has been in a unreserved spot for months. It's become a big joke to them, and all of us who do follow the rules now have to find spots far away from our homes as a result.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
