I really love living here! Feel safe, people are friendly, it is clean and the staff are very helpful! As long as the rent is affordable to me, I will remain at the Point!
The reason that I state that the "Value for the money" is average is because living in this area is very expensive. It is not a mark against the property.
Maintenance crew is fast and efficient. They always fix any issues immediately. My only real issue is that rent goes up every year. I can no longer afford to live here. I don't care about recreational amenities since I work such long hours.
Overall the staff has been very receptive to all
my needs and very professional. And would also
say the same for the entire maintenance staff.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team takes care of everything quickly. The community if friendly, quiet and close to everything I need. I'm thrilled to live here and will be here until we outgrow the apartments. They have fun resident events too, which has helped me meet my neighbors.
