the staff is very friendly very professional and responds to my needs as it relates to the apartment in a timely mannerthe staff knows its tenants by namewhich I personally appreciate that.
I enjoy coming home to a peaceful, clean environment. I know that each year there will be painting, repairing, and improvements as well as inspection of the units. As a result we are blessed to live in a well kept complex. The staff consistently comes quickly when ever anything needs attention and they are lovely. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and wanted even when there is a problem like a ceiling light being out or leak. I live here by choice and I am happy here.
Our family has chosen Battery Heights as our home for the last 7+ years. The dedicated B.H. staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and created an atmosphere of community. During our tenure we also observed that the staff is the same as when we entered into the development; immune to the turnover that we have witnessed within other communities. No place is perfect and the B.H. maintenance staff are responsive; completing the task right the first time in the very rare instance they were needed.
I have been here for going on 4 years and have been treated well. Whenever I had a problem with anything in my apartment it was fixed in 1-2 hours if the replacement item was available and did not have to come from someplace else.
I love my apartment. I have lived in the complex for over 5 years. its a great location and amazing management as well as staff. Its quiet and the grounds are clean. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
