I think we need another pool the people I've talked to say bit is to small for the number of residents other then that amazing place to live My likes and dislikes are: The friendly people
We chose Legacy at Linden Apartments ( after lots of researching and visiting many other Apartment Complexes) because of the convenient location ( to shopping, schools medical facilities of all types, including veterinary care for my little pet) My likes and dislikes are: Legacy Apartments have very nice amenities. A well equipped 24 hour gym, the internet cafe/ business area, a year round pool. There are pet friendly walking areas, well kept landscaping , and 3 kiddie park areas. It 's a comfortable, safe and family-oriented community tucked away from the busy main roads. We had a very specific list of must haves when we were deciding on our new home. This list of requirements was met here at Legacy at Linden. My only issue with my new location and this seems to be a prevalent issue with many of the residents, is that the cell phone service reception is poor. The cell phone service is better at the office building, but not at the apartments especially the lower units. I currently use At&T , is there a better Company?
Maybe a suggestion would be to do a happy hour once a month by the pool so more people can meet. I only say this because I am new to the area and still trying to meet people. :) My likes and dislikes are: The apartment is spacious. The staff is great and very responsive. The neighbors I have seen or met have been very nice. I love it.
The parking can be a challenge sometimes. My likes and dislikes are: It's a great place to love. Really quiet and the staff is friendly.
I love it here. It is quiet an the staff is super friendly! My likes and dislikes are: It is sometimes extremely hard to find a parking spot in front of my building. I have to walk a long way just to get to my building in the rain before because of the parking issues. The legacy is a wonderful place for the money other than the parking.
