For the amount of rent I pay, it is disgusting that if I come to the parking lot later than everyone else, I have to park all the way at the top of the parking garage. Even on busy days at the Villages at Leesburg, there are 2 covered levels without any cars. So to make us park not only outside but also at the very top level just because you didn't reserve enough spaces for tenants in the bottom level is disgusting. I feel I should get a discount on my rent for that. I am a physician so I have later hours and get to the parking garage later than most people, and so frequently have to park up top.
i understand that the community is growing but it has been a real struggle to live with the constant construction on Village Market. from the time i have moved in, there have been ongoing projects to enhance the community (putting an electrical outlet at the base of every tree - to the major construction under my bedroom window that i am told will last until June). I am sure you know the echo affect that occurs in this community and it has been a bombardment of engines, reverse beeping of large machinery, and concrete cutting saws for as long as I have been here. Staff is wonderful - cant say enough. maintenance is exceptional. just wish I could enjoy my residence within this community. after the 10 years that the Met has been here, i hoped that I would be able to enjoy the community more than I have. hope you find this truthful response helpful - and also concerned that the constant construction and inconvenience and destruction of the main square - directly below my bedroom window will not be reflected in my lease renewal. It will be very difficult to absorb a significant increase in my lease renewal given the fact that I have been struggling since my arrival with a constant challenge to a positive experience
I wish that the wall at the entrance to the elevator is always dirty. I would paint that area by the elevator buttons in a washable paint instead of the flat paint, it's easier to keep clean.
The staff is extremely professional at all times. Friendly also. I don't agree with all the policies they have to enforce, but they are not their policies. The parking is too scrict.
It would be nice a car washing facility was added to the complex
