The customer service from everyone that works in the office is exceptional. The response time to maintenance issues, questions and billing is unmatched; all issues get resolved almost immediately. The office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable and take pride in their work. The grounds are always very well kept and clean; probably the best neighborhood I have ever lived in, everyone that I have encounter is very friendly and respectful of one another.
there is a cat in the neighborhood that tears into bags of trash ( in my building)..using trash receptacles you provided, would prevent that..hate seeing cigarette butts in hallway( possible fire hazard) on wooden floors.a few of the hallway interior lights need to be replaced..having said that.. i have enjoyed living at the point at dulles
Overall very good. We had few minor maintenance issues during our 2 years stay. However, Emergency maintenance staff was very helpful and pro-active.
Visitor parking requires a visitor pass. So good luck if you have a friend stopover when leasing office is closed. I am not sure why we need visitor parking pass for visitor parking..
My husband and I have lived in the same apartment at the Point at Dulles for 10 years.
The management is cheerful and helpful and the maintenance staff is efficient and pleasant. The fact that we have stayed here so long, and will continue to live here, is a testament to the enjoyment we find at this apartment complex.
I love where my building is located. The staff is nice. I like my actual apartment, I don't have too many issues and when I do, they are addressed timely. I am very happy at my residence and look forward to living there for a while. They have started to also do little things for us, like we had breakfast one morning and an omlet/breakfast one day around the holidays.
