Any issues are dealt with extremely fast and courteously. The grounds tend to look great. I feel very safe walking my dog at all hours of the night. Neighbors are incredibly nice and diverse. This is definitely one of the best places we have lived in the past five years that we have been married and because of my school we have moved quite a bit.
Friendly staff, community events, quick response to maintenance requests
Great customer service, and quick response to maintenance requests. For the most part, the property is kept clean (trash tends to pile up on the weekends). I would rate excellent if the kitchens were more up to date, specifically, if they came with built-in microwaves, which would create more space. Also, the guardrails take too long to open at the property entrances.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the Madison. One thing I've noticed since living here is that the property overall needs to be maintained more than it is today. This means: 1) repainting patio iron work for all apartments, not just the ones who request it 2) Fixing broken stairs 3) Addressing rust issues on stairs 4) Cleaning up within the apartment walkways, including stairways Thanks!
