The staff, including maintenance, are very friendly and the overall area has a very nice atmosphere to it.
I'm constantly getting ants, spiders, worms and any other bug that wants to come in to my house.
My apartment was very dated did not know it was so dated until I moved in. Also I could never park near my apartment I always had to part several apartments away.
Trailcreek is a great place to live and I always feel safe. However, the visitor parking is ridiculous. Your guests are forced to walk half a mile from a visitor spot because there are none near your townhouse. Also, the gates are always broken yet I'm sure we are still paying extra on our rent to live in a "gated entrance" community.
Management is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The grounds are always well maintained and maintenance staff are quick to respond to my maintenance requests.
