Mill Creek has been a wonderful place for my family to live. It is a smaller, peaceful community where the management takes a vested interest in the residents and is very proactive when it comes to hosting events that makes one feel welcome. Any concerns we have had regarding maintenance/noise issues (rare) have been addressed in an expeditious manner. The view of the water is serene, Buckroe Beach is a 5 minute walk, and it is easily the best apt deal for sq. footage in the area. Great overall!
Beautiful location. Large private deck overlooking the water. Quiet community. Fishing and crabbing on site.
Anytime we've had an issue with our apartment, it's easy to submit a work request form via the community website, AND our maintenance worker is prompt to remedy the situation.

The apartments are in a beautiful setting. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. The staff is willing to help as quickly as possible.
I love the managment at this complex; they are very professional and quick to respond when something goes wrong.
When the weather is bad the siding blows off and onto some of the cars; and could easily hit someone that might be walking into the building. I also think that the exterior could be updated to look more modern.
It is true that we get quite a bit of wind from time to time as we are situated on the water and storms do tend to be more intense in our location. We do address the siding issues as quickly as possible until resolved. Our exterior matches our charming location on the Chesapeake Bay and our community relfects our environment nicely. Thank you for your feedback and we very much appreciate you and all of our residents!

These are the items that were on my must have list when I was apartment hunting. As you can see all of my wants were found in one place, Mill Creek Landing Apartments! I have lived here for a year now and could not be more pleased. The property manager is always ready to help with any problems or concerns, and the work orders are promptly taken care of.
