Value for the Money

Lease adherence by residents IS NOT enforced by management. Residents do not properly supervise children. Apartments will have mold issues with leaks. Managers of the property only deal with issues after there is a problem. Kitchens are dated.
When we first moved into the apartment, we didn't know that the apartment had mold and water damage. We had to stay in an hotel for a week so that they could fix the problem after 5 months of being there. Then, someone from upstairs had bed bugs and they came down to our apartment and they made us pay for the treatmeant which was not right because they know that we didn't have that problem to begin with. My closet rack has been broken for months and nobody came to fix it yet.
Disappointed that anytime a resident request something done is not done or when it is done is a quick bad fixer. But the office has plenty of time to print hundreds of forms requesting or threatening for things to be done ASAP. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know and looking to move out soon.
