The apartment needs to updated badly. The new windows still leak flies are able to get in. They have security but you only see them every blue moon. I have had maintenance change an air filter and leave it for me to throw away. Also when they come in your house they need to leave some type note stating they been in your apartment.
I would love to use the exercise room 3 times a week but I get home at 5:15 and by the time I get home it's closed. The gym and the pool should be more convenient, Also maybe think about adding a feww garbage cans throughout the complex there is way to much trash around. Maintaince should have atleast 5 of certain supplies on hand, everytime I've haf to jave something fixed in my apartment its always the part had to be ordered.
Big mold issue at complex, wish I hadnt renewed, staff is lazy, maintenance does not clean up after themselves, would not recommend Bridgeport to anyone
Lease adherence by residents IS NOT enforced by management. Residents do not properly supervise children. Apartments will have mold issues with leaks. Managers of the property only deal with issues after there is a problem. Kitchens are dated.
When we first moved into the apartment, we didn't know that the apartment had mold and water damage. We had to stay in an hotel for a week so that they could fix the problem after 5 months of being there. Then, someone from upstairs had bed bugs and they came down to our apartment and they made us pay for the treatmeant which was not right because they know that we didn't have that problem to begin with. My closet rack has been broken for months and nobody came to fix it yet.
