We left our 3 story home prior to retirement, and moved into a BEAUTIFUL 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment in May 2014. Could not be happier. This complex is the most wonderful I have ever been to and/or seen. Property Manager, Staff, Maintenance, are here to take care of your every need. Amenities are plenty, over and above our expectations. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous, parklike setting. One could not ask for more. We plan on staying here at least 6 years (when we can retire). Very blessed to have found this place. I would recommend it to everyone I know. Life doesn't get better than this. Thank you Marque staff! AAA + service. We appreciate all you do for us!!! My likes and dislikes are: Absolutely everything! So lovely, everything is so well maintained. Manager and staff go above and beyond. Our every need is taken care of. Beautiful pool and Gardens, Grills on a lovely patio with fountains and waterfalls, 9 hole golf, Volleyball, Horseshoe pit, Salon, Sauna, Massage., Pool room, theater, Everything is RIGHT HERE. Beautiful library, Great room, Cafe. Everything is top notch. Like living in a resort!! ALL your needs are taken care of. One couldn't ask for more. It's a resort life! BEST of everything!
Very Very Clean Complex, Modern, Amenities (anything you need or could think of is there) Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Sometimes I forget by the elegance and excellent service that I am in an apartment not a 5 star hotel. Secured parking! and Garage Parking is available. Secured Building Entrances to a complex that is well lit. An Elevators to all floors. Pool, Mini Golf Course, Public Grilling area and MOVIE THEATRE. See everything you need! Is here at the Marque My likes and dislikes are: I like Everything. . The amenities are fantastic anything you need is available at your finger tips. The staff is just awesome, ALL staff from the rental office, maintenance to the life guard are there to make your life uncomplicated, easy and YES fun! Always smiling, helpful, courteous and no request goes unattended. The community has so many social events going on.. you are NEVER bored. If you are then it your own fault. I feel I live in a 1st Class Community.... Plan to stay a LONG LONG TIME
Location of the Marque is in a wooded area, away from the heavy traffic roads but a quarter of a mile from I-66 which takes you into DC and intersects with I-95 to the east, and I-81 to the west-perfect location for those wanting to travel by car!! My likes and dislikes are: Shopping is convenient, Doctors and Medical facilities nearby, Auto service facilities minutes away, Restaurants and theaters all-over the place and traffic is good.
