Merrill House Apartment is very quiet, nice and safe place to live. Staff is also very helpful, honest, friendly and professional.
Attentive and friendly front office staff--whether by email, telephone or in person, you can count on getting your questions answered and needs met in a timely way. Fantastic maintenance and cleaning staff--truly the unsung heroes who give that little extra in all they do to make sure the complex is clean, neat and in good repair!
Merrill House is a very pleasant community. The residents are friendly as you meet them moving about the property. This is a good value in an expensive area. I am happy with the diversity of the resident population. It's a good fit for me.
Really good apartment company and nice matianince guy
Moving is never easy, but the staff has helped this transition immeasurably. I've been treated like a valued member of the MH community from day one. And other residents have also been welcoming and helpful (one resident even stopped what he was doing to help get an oversized couch in my front door). There's a real spirit here. I'm proud to call the MH home.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
