I really enjoy the aesthetics of the neighborhood. The balcony has to be my favorite part of the apartment. I can sit out there and enjoy nature, especially with such close vicinity to the park.
I have just joined the community but can already tell it will be a wonderful experience. The office staff and maintenance are incredibly helpful!
I am happy to live here, very nice place
A peaceful environment to look forward too.also the leasing office works very hard in assisting you through the whole process.
Really good place, enormous master bedroom and big guest room. Plenty of space and really well placed if you are attending to Mason, a 25 min walk to the Engineering building.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
