I have been a happy resident so far.. all my guests used to like the ambience too.I had referred a few friends to this Apartment.. They liked everything about the apartment but for the higher rent (may be we should make the move in specials/discounts more lucrative) and lack of shuttle services to the dunn loring metro (if provided will be a definite value addition for the residents, especially during the winter/snow season)
Anytime I have needed something fixed, it is taken care of before I can even begin to worry about it being a problem.
Maintenance was very quick to respond to any and all issues. Any complaints of excessive noise issues were addressed by the staff within 48 hours.
Been a resident at The Amberleight for @ 2 years, and have been very happy living here. The maintenance staff has always responded to any issue I had within 72 hours. One example - I had a water pipe broke in my ceiling at @ 2am - two of the guys were in my place shortly after I notified the 24 hour call in number, working to resolve the problem. Later that morning they had a plummer out to do final repairs to the pipe.
The customer service has been very good. Starting from the office personnel who are friendly, courteous and helpful to the maintenance staff who earnestly try and get the job done. My wife and I are happy also with the apartment itself which is sturdy and reliable and the neighbors are friendly as well.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
