I could not have picked a better home for my family and I to live. The staff was so kind and understanding. There was no hassle like other places. The area is beautiful and everything is so clean. I am proud to call this our new home!
I've been here for two weeks, and LOVE my new home at Shenandoah Crossing! So much shopping available in the area, some within walking distance, and pretty much everything you could want within about seven miles. Lots of activities, the great fitness center - I'm so glad I can call Shenandoah Crossing my home!
The reasson why I decided to move in this APT is all the leasing staffes were so friendly and they were helping me a lot . Also, the staffes are really enjoy their job so I actually had fun while being helped by them.

I have lived here for over 28 years and although I would like to be closer to my job in Alexndria, I love the apartment and this section of Fairfax County. Staff have always been very responsive and maintenance does an excellent job.
the community manager needs more customer service skills and learn compassion & empathy of the persons who live here.
the landscaping is horrible especially after a serious rain storm or snow storm. the monies goes to the front rental office of landscaping but everything else looks a total hot mess! which is not taken care of properly.
with the money that we are spending on rent, at least can be certain, this apartment complex should not be the least stingy to updating all appliances. Water bill is outstanding and absolutely ridiculous. when the year i came here, water wasn't at $40/month and all the added "ammenties" to the bills needs to cease and lets not begin with the parking passes - $40/pass - terrible. And finally if you want more people to enjoy the "amenties" to Shenandoah, why don't you think about giving persons - living occupants, a half off months rent - every month there should be a blind pick of which apartment complexes who will win the coveted prize. And most of all, why don't you spare the expense of having a shuttle bus? My last Aimco apartment had a shuttle bus that ran in the morning and in the evening. With all the monies you'd put in to shape up everything, you all can at least afford to get a shuttle bus for its occupants.
