PARKING IS HORRENDOUS! If I had known that Id spend over $1300 per month, and would have to walk 2 blocks to get to my apartment when I return from work, you can rest assured that I WOULD NOT have signed my lease. Secondly, I called at 9am to tell the office that the fire alarm was beeping in the patio closet. No return call. I called again at 4 pm when I got off work, I left another VM no return call. When I got home the alarm was still going off. Now theyre closed. Train horn at all hours!
The staff at White Oak are the best. I've starting my third year living there. The only problem I have is other residence not being considerate. If you're going to exercise especially on machinery you should use the gym. I work long hours, get up at 3 am and when I get home in the evenings I want to relax and enjoy my home. Maybe going forward tenants need to be told up front they're not allowed to do this. Other than that I love my place. Car Wash section would be nice!!
change to dish was a nightmare (took too long and it's terrible) office no longer takes packages which is an inconvenience I usually would put the check in the mail early, until it was cashed 5 or 6 days before the first of the month, which should not happen when the check is dated for the first it's pretty obvious that every change that has taken place after being here for three years is all money for the business, with very few beneficial things for residents
I loved the apartment, the layout and decor. It was the perfect size for two adults and a child. The extra storage was a bonus. However, we couldn't wait to leave,the reason we moved was because of the neighbors above us, they had no respect for apartment living. They walked loudly on the hardwood floors, with heels and purpose. They fought loudly and had loud relations. We tried letting them know that we worked early hours and had a small child, but they didn't respect that.
It has totally changed since it's been under new ownership. The residents that are here now are filthy & disrespectful. The service that was once provided are no longer provided. The security measures for parking have been taken away
