I love this complex. I feel safe with the amount of lighting, diversity of residents, and law enforcement and military in the area. The complex is beautiful and well kept. The residents are friendly and the community feels like a neighborhood and not a complex. The Office staff has been nothing but helpful even when I have my OCD moments and request speedy service about minor things. Maintenance staff is professional, very quick and never have to be called more than once for the same issue.

I've been a resident for two years and really do like the Amenities that are offered. I also enjoy how friendly the office staff is. The grounds are always well kept and it is a quiet environment. The breezeway at my apartment is dirty; even after power washing. It is not a pleasant sight to see all the stains from other people on the concrete. Also, the closet doors fall off the track constantly. It's very frustrating.

We are the original residents in our apartment (since May, 2010). We believe the facility, surroundings and management are all well above average. On the downside, we have experienced dust accumulation, coming from the HVAC system, to be a constant problem. To be fair, we have not complained to management about this, but we plan to.
