I love the apartment layout, features, and quiet environment. I have needed several maintenance issues taken care of, and service is prompt and well done. I also like the fact that I can walk to shops, restaurants, and the library - great location.
I enjoying the community's ambience. The village concept is wonderful; I love walking about on the weekends -- the library, cleaners, restaurant, etc. Great accessibility -- if only there was a Starbucks. :) My apartment is lovely with unexpected details and the management staff is cooperative and friendly.
Office personnel very polite and helpful, maintenance very efficient.
I had submitted a maintenance request June 2014 my flooring is coming up at the back door and the door in front of the bathroom, maintenance told me to be patient as they have no replacement flooring, it is now Oct? Also is it entirely fair that the bottom apts get the garage can park a car in front of the garage and also have an assigned parking place with the low rent tenets?
Everything is great. The only issue is very limited visitor parking. Due to this lack of parking, outside guests are continuously parking in my spot.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
